I want my clients to be happy with their selection. Mugs can be returned 7 days after delivery date posted on the package. 100% of the product cost will be returned to the buyer (expect shipping cost) if the mug is returned in original shipping package and is undamaged.
If damage should occur please sent a photo of the damage right away to paintedskystudio@gmail.com attention: Lisa Rosenmeier. If we do not hear from you 4 days after delivery date it will be assumed that the Mug arrived safely and in great condition.
